SIZING AND FIT
Which size should I take?
Take your normal size for a fit as designed. For the Essential Training Top and the Modest Active Top we recommend sizing up if you want a baggier, longer fit. The Oversized Active Tee is already cut oversized, so size down unless you want it very roomy.
How much coverage do the tops give?
The tops are cut to cover the glutes without leaving a clear outline. Side slits keep that length from restricting you, and the drawcord lets you adjust where the hem sits so it does not ride up when you stretch.
Will the sports hijab stay put?
It is cut from a nylon and spandex blend with enough stretch to sit close without pulling. It measures 155cm x 66cm.

What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does it take?
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 4 business days. After that: United Kingdom 4-8 business days, France 5-10, Germany 6-10, United States 5-10, Australia 6-10, rest of world from 7. Estimates run from the day your parcel ships.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong. Depending on where you live, import duties or taxes can be charged on delivery. Those are set by your country and are yours to pay. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Where is my tracking?
In your shipping confirmation email, sent the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. See Order Tracking if it has not updated.
RETURNS
How long do I have?
35 days from receiving your order. In the EU and the UK you also have the statutory right to withdraw within at least 14 days of receipt.
What does a return cost?
Register within 14 days of delivery and return shipping is a flat €5.99, deducted from your refund. After that you arrange and pay for the return yourself.
Can I exchange for another size?
We do not swap directly. Return for a refund and place a new order, so your size is held straight away instead of waiting for the return to arrive.
What cannot be returned?
Final sale items, used or damaged items, underwear and swimwear, unless they are faulty. Everything else needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the Amala Atelier label and tags attached. Full conditions: Return Policy.
CARE
How do I wash it?
Follow the care label in the garment. As a rule for technical fabric: wash cold, inside out, with like colours, and skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the sweat-wicking. Hang to dry rather than tumble.

Which payment methods do you take?
The methods available to you are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in euro.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as fast as you can with your order number. If it has not been packed yet we can usually still change it.
Something is wrong with my order.
Email amalaatelier1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover the return and either replace it or refund you in full.
