You get a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking usually starts updating within 24-48 hours of that email.
Where to find your tracking link
It is in the shipping confirmation email. Open that email and follow the tracking link. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder first, then email amalaatelier1@gmail.com with your order number and we will send it again.
No shipping confirmation yet?
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 4 business days. Until your parcel is handed to the carrier there is nothing to track.
Tracking has not moved
Scans can stall in transit, most often at customs. If nothing has changed for 7 business days, email amalaatelier1@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Marked as delivered but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours and look for a delivery note first. If it is still missing, email amalaatelier1@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier.
